Returns & Refunds

UK Returns

• Return Period: 30 days from receipt.

• Eligibility: Items must be unworn/unused and in original condition.

• Process: Contact us via our contact page to initiate a return.

International Returns

• Return Period: 14 days from receipt.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

• Customs: A “Returned Goods – Original Export” form may be needed. Low-value items usually incur minimal or no duty.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we inspect the returned item (usually within 5 business days).

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Contact us immediately with photos.

• We will replace or fully refund damaged or incorrect items, including original shipping costs.

 

Bracelet Care & Longevity

• Treat your bracelet gently — avoid pulling or stretching the cord.

• Keep it dry and away from perfumes, lotions, or harsh chemicals.

• Remove it before sleeping, swimming, or exercising.

• Please note: The silk cord may naturally wear or break over time. We cannot replace bracelets if the cord breaks after use.

Special Notes:

• Personalized or custom bracelets, sale items, and gift cards can’t be returned.
