Returns & Refunds

Refunds & Damaged Items:

  • Refunds issued to the original payment method after inspection (usually within 5 business days)

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Contact us immediately with photos for damaged or incorrect items; we will replace or fully refund including original shipping costs

Bracelet Care

  • Handle gently — avoid pulling or stretching the cord

  • Keep dry and away from perfumes, lotions, or harsh chemicals

  • Remove before sleeping, swimming, or exercising

  • Silk cords may naturally wear or break over time; we cannot replace bracelets broken after normal use

Special Notes

  • Personalized/custom bracelets, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned

  • For exchanges: return the original item first, then place a new order
