Returns & Refunds

Refunds & Damaged Items:

  • Refunds issued to the original payment method after inspection (usually within 5 business days)

  • Handle gently — avoid pulling or stretching the cord

  • Keep dry and away from perfumes, lotions, or harsh chemicals

  • Remove before sleeping, swimming, or exercising

  • Silk cords may naturally wear or break over time; we cannot replace bracelets broken after normal use
