Unfortunately, we can not be liable for orders that do not arrive at their destination due to incorrect delivery information being provided at checkout. Please ensure that you supply your full name and correct delivery address when placing your order.
Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Because silk cord is a delicate material, breakage is often caused by pulling, snagging, or exposure to water and chemicals.
For this reason, damage due to misuse or normal wear is not covered by our repair/replacement policy.
However, if your bracelet breaks within 14 days of purchase under normal use, please contact me with a photo — I’ll be happy to review it and work with you to find a solution.
How to Care for Your Bracelet
To keep your bracelet beautiful and lasting longer, please:
Avoid pulling or stretching the cord.
Keep it away from water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
Remove it before sleeping, swimming, or exercising.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
